Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information DOJICRAFT ("we", "us") collects when you use dojicraft.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. DOJICRAFT is a free stock market trading simulator — everything in it, including your wallet balance and coins, is virtual. We never handle real money, and nothing on this site should be treated as financial or investment advice.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. If you create an account with your email and password, we store your name, email address, and a securely hashed version of your password — we never store or can see your actual password. If you sign in with Google instead, we receive your name, email address, and a unique Google account identifier from Google, which we use to create or link your account.

Trading simulator data. When you play a session, we store your results — score, accuracy, realized profit/loss, trade count, and which symbol you traded — tied to your account, so your dashboard and trade history stay accurate across visits. This data is entirely simulated; no real financial transactions occur.

Virtual wallet and coins. Your points wallet and coin balance are stored against your account. Coins can only be "purchased" using in-game profit, never real currency — no payment information is ever collected from you for this.

Technical information. Like most websites, our server automatically logs basic technical data (such as IP address) briefly, used only to prevent abuse — for example, limiting how many login or account-creation attempts can come from one connection in a short period. We do not use this for tracking or advertising purposes ourselves.

2. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. This cookie is required for the site to function and contains no personal data itself.

If Google AdSense is active on this site (see below), Google and its partners may also set their own cookies in your browser for ad delivery and measurement. We don't control these directly — see the AdSense section below for how to manage them.

3. Third-Party Services

Google Sign-In. If you choose to log in with Google, that sign-in is handled entirely by Google — we never see your Google password. Google's own Privacy Policy applies to that part of the process.

Google AdSense. We may display ads through Google AdSense to help keep DOJICRAFT free. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can view or opt out of personalized advertising at Google's Ad Settings, and learn more about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Hosting. Our website and database are hosted with our hosting provider, who stores this data on our behalf on their servers.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to: run your account (login, wallet, session history), prevent abuse of the platform (rate-limiting suspicious activity), respond to support requests you send us, and — if AdSense is active — allow Google to serve ads that help keep the simulator free. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

5. Data Retention & Security

We keep your account and session data for as long as your account remains active. Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing, never in plain text, and the site is served over HTTPS.

No online system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — but we take reasonable, standard precautions to protect your data.

6. Your Choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by reaching out through our Contact page. You can also simply stop using your account, or use the simulator without logging in at all — an account is never required to try DOJICRAFT.

7. Children's Privacy

DOJICRAFT is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll remove it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the site changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of DOJICRAFT after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
